Research and Planning: Mise-en-scene

As I am the Mise-en-scene manager I have started thinking about some settings and costumes which we will need: 

• As it is set in a woodland area we will need to find a woodland area in the dark, we have some places for ideas such as Hyde park and a woodland area in bredbury. 
• We will need torches, ipods, mobiles, logs to sit on, a tent, drinks, food, a camp fire, video camera, sleeping bags, pillows. This will make the film seem more realistic.
• We will need a scarecrow being made, but we also need someone to dress up as the scarecrow.
• We will need fake blood for when the scarecrow kills its victims.
• We are also having a newsreader so we will need to make a news reader screen.
• Police tape at the woods after the event
